NUMBER OF PAID EMPLOYEES ON THE RISE

The total number of paid employees in the manufacturing, construction, and trade-services sectors surged by 4.0% in April, compared to the same month last year, according to the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat). The number of paid employees increased from 13.45 million to 13.99 million in the same period.
