GETIR BECOMES A SHAREHOLDER IN N11.COM

The on-demand grocery delivery service Getir has become a shareholder in the e-commerce platform n11.com following the approval of the Competition Authority, according to a statement from the company. The

unicorn will also be responsible for the management of n11.com (Dogus Planet Elektronik Ticaret ve Bilisim AS). Getir started talks to become a shareholder in n11.com in August 2021. The existing shareholders will remain a part of n11.com, which was established as a joint venture by Dogus Holding AS and the South Korean internet platform development company SK Planet Co. Ltd. in March 2013. The transaction is the biggest acquisition investment made by Getir in Turkey to date.
