FILMLERDEKI ISTANBUL

Muze Gazhane continues to hold cultural events for all Istanbulites. Sticking to its goal of showing Istanbul through films, on September 30 Dervis Zaim’s 1996drama Somersault in a Coffin will be screened for movie lovers. The film tells the story of a young, homeless and unemployed man named Mahsun, who steals cars and returns them to their owners in the morning, reveling in the enjoyment of the act and the opportunity for a place to sleep it provides. Through the course of the film, Mahsun experiences trust, friendship, a one-way love affair and torture.
