Robomotion snatches second investment

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION (RPA) startup Robomotion received a second investment from its existing investors Koray Gultekin Bahar, Ahmet Bilgen and Arman Eker as well as Agah Ugur, Izzet Halya, Lima Ventures and hiVC through a USD 10m valuation. Following the investment tour held in June 2020, where the company got funding through a USD 5m valuation, Robomotion increased its valuation by 100% to USD 10m in a year. “After the first investment tour we received with a valuation of USD 5m exactly one year ago, we completed our new tour with a valuation of USD 10m this year,” Robomotion CEO Faik Uygur said. “We will use our new investment to further expand our 8-person team and expand our global partner network. We will continue to grow at the same pace at the international level.” Underlining that Robomotion has reached more than 2,000 users in more than 30 countries in the last year, according to Faik Uygur. “The direct access of RPA tools is limited not only in our country but also in the world,” he said. “As Robomotion, we will make Robotic Process Automation more accessible by introducing projects that will bring together more than 800 RPA developers from different countries with companies that can use RPA.”
